1 General Terms

When VIP is an online Sports Betting platform built exclusively for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between When VIP and all its members. By using any of When VIP's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

When VIP reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. If changes are made, a notice will be posted on the website and registered members will be notified by email. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• Each individual may register one account only.
• When VIP's services are for personal use only — not for commercial purposes.
• Fraud and illegal activity will not be tolerated.
• When VIP reserves the right to void any bet or suspend any account.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on When VIP, you must provide accurate information. All details submitted at registration must be truthful and belong to you. If an account is created with false information, When VIP reserves the right to close it at any time and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

When VIP follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You may be required to verify your identity before making a withdrawal or after placing a certain amount in bets. This process is completely secure and your information is kept safe.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
• If a single person opens multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Keeping your account password confidential is the member's own responsibility.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC verification.

3 Betting Rules

Before placing any bet on When VIP, read the specific rules for each event carefully. When VIP offers a variety of bet types — single bets, multi-bets (parlays), live bets, and more. Each bet has minimum and maximum limits that may vary by event.

Once a bet is confirmed on When VIP, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless When VIP identifies a technical error. If odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of placement remain in effect.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, When VIP reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

4 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

When VIP supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Deposits are credited to your account almost instantly. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.

To make a withdrawal on When VIP, your account must have completed KYC verification. Funds will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by When VIP.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (standard members).
• Higher withdrawal limits apply for VIP members.
• When VIP may temporarily place a withdrawal on hold if a suspicious transaction is detected.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

When VIP offers a range of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each bonus comes with its own terms that you should read carefully before claiming. When VIP always publishes bonus terms transparently — no hidden charges.

• Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires 10x–30x wagering.
• Each bonus has a set validity period — typically 7 to 30 days.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• When VIP reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus.
• To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred friend must complete their first deposit.

6 Account Suspension and Closure

When VIP may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances. This may be done without prior notice if the situation is urgent.

• Registering with false information or committing KYC fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to exploit the system.
• Suspected money laundering or illegal activity.
• Account use by individuals under the age of 18.
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

In the event of account closure, When VIP will determine the process for returning any valid balance (excluding bonuses). If fraud is proven, the entire balance may be forfeited.

7 Responsible Betting
